今天是耶誕夜,基於前一天走了雙腿快斷掉,加上睡不飽,所以我決定睡到自然醒再去隨意的逛街來度過我的耶誕夜。我的旅館位於梅田區,出門的時候已經12點了,所以很自然的我就開始找吃的。隨著Guide book找到這家美舟大阪燒專賣店。。。是的,到大阪怎麼可以不吃大阪燒呢?
吃罷,我漫步到梅田地下街區,開始我的瞎拼行程,其實沒什麼地方在折扣,所以價錢沒有很吸引人。不過,平常在台灣貴的要死的日本品牌價錢倒是挺合理的。所以我在Natrual Beauty裡面耗費非常多的時間,雖然最後只買了一件外套。
(事後回到台灣再去逛街的時候,心裡非常懊悔,當初應該整個專櫃全部掃檯。)
街上滿滿的是耶誕節的味道,人潮超乎想像的擁擠,百貨公司裡面堆滿了人,大概都是在挑選耶誕禮物吧。我任意的逛著,卻好像沒什麼採購的興趣,從阪神百貨逛到hip five,我拿著我唯一的戰利品回到旅館。決定還是前往難波混掉剩下的時間。
從難波車站走出來,車站連接到的是百貨公司的地下室,迎面而來的熟食區把我嚇得半死,人潮洶湧的程度不亞於上海的南京徒步區,大家忙碌著採買耶誕夜的食品,每一樣看起來真是可口得不得了。
我忙著看人看街景,照片都忘了拍,一直隨著人潮東晃西晃,一路沿著難波商店街晃到難波電器街,再晃回道頓崛、心齋橋。在這些區域看到的都是一對一對的情侶,開心的買著耶誕禮物,在心齋橋的大丸百貨,珠寶專櫃顯得非常擁擠,大部分都是情侶在挑選禮物,果然日本人是非常貴氣阿。
我幾乎就是在閒晃中度過我的這一天,聽起來好像有點浪費時間,但是我選擇放棄把我的假期填得滿滿累得要死然後回台灣上班時候還是覺得疲勞。本日戰利品為外套一件、毛衣兩件,以及月底本公司制服派對的道具一份。。。哈哈哈!

 

【美舟大阪燒】Okonomiyaki
這家叫做美舟的店店面不大,非常傳統,一進門就一陣香味撲來,從來沒有吃過大阪燒的我其實心裡頗緊張,因為。。。不知道怎麼自己燒阿。。。
Okonomiyaki is one of the specialties in Osaka, we even name it after the name of the city in Chinese, so it's neccessary to try. This store is not far from my hotel, very small but warm. I was quite nervous while walking into the store, becasue I knew Okonomuyaki is supposed to be cooked by the costumers....and I didn't know how.

 

 

一人座位非常的可愛,看著鐵板整個人都餓了起來。

我是個鄉巴佬的事實很快就漏了餡了,店員很好心的幫我服務,一邊服務一邊解釋(當然是用日文),我則是一知半解的不停的回答「嗨」、「豆摩」。
They found me I knowing nothing about how to cook it, so they helped right away. They kept explaine the procedures in Japanese, I understood not much but I kept replying them "hi" and "domo".

 

原來大阪燒的內餡裡面大致上是麵粉、高湯、高麗菜、雞蛋以及主要材料如肉、章魚、蝦子等等(我點的是綜合口味)。把所有餡料混和在一起,放在鐵板上煎。
It was made of flour, water, cabbage, eggs, in addition to meet, squid, shrimp....mixed together (very hard) and fried on the plate.

 

 

店裡面的人越來越多。。。店員也越來越忙,過來幫我翻了一次面,然後對著我說「三分鐘」,然後又匆匆離開,我心裡開始覺得喜樂。。。三分鐘後應該就可以吃了吧?
The restaurant was getting crowded, so the staff was getting busy and walking around. She came and turned over the thing and say "three minutes" then left right away. so I guess I am 3 mins away from my brunch....

 

 

我一直盯著店員,數著三分鐘,店員一直很忙,不過沒關係。。。我知道我該塗上醬汁然後灑上海苔粉跟柴魚,應該就可以吃了吧。。。
I kept watching the staff, she was so busy. so i think i should finish the rest of the procedures since I've seen it on TV...so I put the souce, laver powder and dried bonito flakes.....DONE!

 

 

吃了幾口之後,店員跑過來,「哎呀」了一聲然後說了一串日文,我心裡一想不妙,最後聽到她說「四次」、「四次」,發現原來要翻面四次。。。。那是怎樣,我已經覺得很好吃了,難道不熟嗎?
I took some bites and the staff came, she found what i did then started speaking a lot of Japanese...I realised I did something wrong..she said "Yon Gai, Yon Gai" ...I guess I should have turned the thing over for four times.....but I have eaten some already, and it tasted good enough!

 

店員努力的做了救援措施,幫我調整了火喉,然後放棄的離開。我則既來之則安之,想辦法把餅煎熟慢慢的吃掉,其實真的超級好吃,不過確實,煎乾一點會更好吃。。。。總之,這就是我的大阪燒初體驗,我決定一定要找機會在來大阪嘗試一次!
The staff tried to adjust the heat for me and made things right, however, it couldn't be perfect. so I decided to make Okonomiyaki with my own style....It was so delicious, but it could be more dilicous if it's more fired, I have to admit. Anyway, this is my first contact with Okonomiyaki...I surely will be back to Osaka and try it again!
